Option 1 – Micro

Micro is the full Townsy platform, sized for the smallest towns (typically under 1,000 residents). Same admin panel, same support, just fewer pages turned on to start.
You get the features we're proud to offer, with a focused set of pages out-of-the-box:
- A home page with shortcuts and recent news
- A city council page with agendas and minutes
- Utilities information
- An events listing page
- A contact page with office hours
- Document libraries for forms and records
- A notification bar for quick updates
Need more later? We can turn on additional pages without a rebuild.
Your town gets access to our tutorials and training, as well as an initial onboarding session of 2 hours with your Point of Contact.
We will assist with up to 2 years of records migrations (city council agendas and minutes).
Micro is a 24-month term. Ongoing support is included.
Option 2 – Standard
$595 setup
then $75/month, or $850/year prepaid (save $50)
A Standard website is our signature site, specifically designed to serve your small town (typically 1,000 to 5,000 residents).
You get the features we're proud to offer, and the content structure is what we provide out-of-the-box:
- A home page with:
- Six customizable shortcuts
- A section highlighting recent articles
- Two content sections, custom to your town
- Three main content sections:
- Regional attractions and businesses (things to do)
- Services and events in your town (life in your town)
- Government items (city council, forms)
- An events listing page
- A blog/news listing page
- A notification bar for quick updates
- Unlimited pages capabilities, for custom pages created by you
- Customizable menus in the header and footer
Your town gets access to our tutorials and training, as well as an initial onboarding session of 4 hours, where we work with a Point of Contact directly on the details of site management.
We will assist with up to 5 years of records migrations (city council agendas and minutes).
Ongoing support is included in your monthly or annual fee.
Option 3 – Custom
Bigger town? Bigger plans? We'll scope a site that fits.
If your town is larger than 5,000 people, or wants more than Standard offers, a Custom site is scoped and quoted for you. Maybe you'll want more than Standard – but maybe you won't. We can discuss.
Not sure which option fits? Population is a guideline, not a rule – it really comes down to what your town needs. Just need council minutes, utilities, and notices online? That's Micro. Want to promote local businesses, attractions, and community life too? That's Standard.
